5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, preferences, analytics, security, and marketing. Our website may use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. Depending on your settings, these tools may collect device and usage information, measure advertising performance, create audience segments, or provide heatmaps and session-interaction information. You may manage non-essential cookies through our cookie-preference controls and through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website features. Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process the signal as required by law. Browser “Do Not Track” settings are not standardized, and the website may not respond to all such signals.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers supporting hosting, cloud storage, customer relationship management, email delivery, analytics, advertising, payment processing, shipping, training, support, cybersecurity, accounting, and professional services; to authorized distributors, resellers, referral partners, service partners, or manufacturers when needed to respond to your request, provide local sales or support, fulfill an order, or manage a business relationship; to government authorities and other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or service integrity; to advisers, insurers, auditors, lenders, investors, and transaction counterparties; and to other parties at your direction or with your consent.
7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
eLUXE3D does not sell personal information for money. Where those laws apply, you may opt out through our cookie-preference controls, a legally recognized browser-based opt-out signal, or by contacting us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
8. Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may continue to send non-promotional communications about orders, accounts, warranties, service, security, or other transactions. We maintain limited suppression records so that we can honor opt-out requests.
9. Customer Files, 3D Scans, and Confidential Business Content
Customer files may contain proprietary designs, jewelry geometry, images, CAD data, or other confidential business information. We use customer files to provide the requested demonstration, support, training, troubleshooting, repair, or contracted service, and for other purposes authorized by the customer. We do not claim ownership of customer files. Unless separately authorized, we will not publicly display or use identifiable customer files for marketing. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed to submit the files and personal information they provide.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for the period reasonably necessary to provide products and services, maintain business and warranty records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the customer relationship, contractual requirements, legal limitation periods, and whether the information is needed for fraud prevention or security. Customer files are retained according to the applicable service, support need, account settings, and written agreement, and may be deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably necessary.
11. Data Security and Incident Response
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
